The Foundation- Online

Begin with yourself.

Online · Three months · $697 AUD

The Foundation contains the first teachings and techniques learned by every peiec® student.

Over three months, you will begin learning about the layers of self and Core, how to recognise and calm your own layers, and the foundational techniques through which you can begin working with yourself and, progressively, another system.

But peiec® is not learned simply by understanding what a technique is or watching someone else demonstrate it.

You learn by doing.

By returning.

By noticing what you can perceive, what you cannot yet perceive, and what begins to become clearer through experience.

The Foundation gives you somewhere practical to begin.

What if the next thing you learned wasn’t simply something else to understand, receive or experience – but something you could actually use?

When your body feels tight, uncomfortable or restricted. When you can’t settle. When something has happened and hours later you can still feel its effect in you. When you notice something within yourself and want more than simply waiting for it to pass.

And, as you learn, when someone you care about is upset or uncomfortable, or an animal in your care needs support.

peiec® gives you practical ways of working with what is happening.

The Foundation includes the first teachings and techniques every peiec® student learns. You begin with yourself – your own body, energetic system and layers of self – learning gentle ways of working that you can return to in ordinary life.

You learn about the layers of self and Core, begin recognising and calming your own layers, develop foundational energetic perception and learn the first peiec® techniques.

But the point is not simply to understand what Anandi is teaching.

It is to begin discovering what you can do with it.

As the coursework progresses, you also begin working with another willing person and, where appropriate, with animals. You encounter different bodies, different energetic systems and different responses, because there are things another system can teach you that your own cannot.

This is not a preview of peiec®.

It is the actual foundational work.

Begin The Foundation →

Have more available to you.

You may already have done a great deal.

Meditation, bodywork, energy work, therapy, movement, retreats, courses, spiritual or consciousness exploration. Perhaps years of your own practice.

Some of it may have changed you considerably. Some of it you may still use.

We’re not asking you to discard any of it.

The more interesting question is:

What else would you like to have available to you?

Because the value of learning this work becomes very tangible in ordinary moments.

Something in your body feels tight or restricted. You can’t settle. Something happened earlier and, although you understand it perfectly well, you can still feel its effect in you.

Perhaps nothing is particularly wrong at all. You’ve simply noticed something and want to explore it rather than ignore it.

Instead of only waiting, analysing or relying on somebody else being available to work with you, you have gentle techniques you can begin applying yourself.

You don’t necessarily need to know exactly what is happening before you begin.

You have somewhere to go with what you notice.

That is one of the reasons self-application sits at the centre of peiec®.

And the work doesn’t have to stop with you.

Your partner is uncomfortable. Your adult daughter has had a difficult day and is upset. A friend is carrying the effects of something that happened. Your dog is unsettled. Your horse seems uncomfortable. An animal in your care simply doesn’t seem quite itself.

There are moments when someone you love is struggling and you find yourself thinking:

I wish there were something gentle I knew how to do.

This gives you something you can do.

Not a promise that you can fix everything, and not a replacement for appropriate medical, psychological, veterinary or other professional care.

Something additional.

As you progress through The Foundation, you begin exploring selected peiec® work with another willing person and, where appropriate, with animals.

And that is not simply about learning how to help somebody else.

It is part of your development too.

Another person’s body isn’t your body. Their energetic system isn’t yours. Their responses may be completely different. Something obvious when you work with yourself may be difficult to perceive with somebody else. An animal gives you another reference point again.

Difference teaches you.

You begin discovering what you genuinely perceive, what you may have assumed, what changes when another system is involved and where the edges of your present perception actually are.

You are learning a body of work that becomes available in your own hands.

You don’t need to become a practitioner for that to be valuable.

Anandi Sano
Anandi Sano

Practical enough to use. Deep enough to keep unfolding.

If peiec® were simply a collection of techniques, you could learn the steps, remember where to put your hands and be finished.

But the technique is only part of what you are learning.

As you practise, you begin developing your ability to notice. What can you actually perceive? Can you distinguish one subtle sensation from another? What changes when you use less effort? What happens when you work with another system? Can you recognise when you are genuinely perceiving something and when you are interpreting what you think should be there?

Can you notice something now that simply wasn’t available to you before?

You may begin because you want something practical you can use when your body doesn’t feel right, when you can’t settle or when something is still affecting you.

But as you continue, the work can begin showing you more about your body, energetic system, layers of self, Core, touch, perception and internal state than you knew was there to notice.

The immediate value is having something you can use. The deeper value is discovering what else becomes available as you develop.

What you receive and how you learn it

You receive three months’ access to The Foundation on our online learning platform.

Every teaching is filmed. Anandi takes you through the principles, demonstrates each technique and guides you through the exercises step by step.

Your access begins as soon as you enrol. The teachings are released progressively across your first week so you can work with each part before the next arrives. Everything then remains available throughout your three-month access period, so you can return to the teaching and demonstrations as often as you need.

You begin with yourself. As the coursework progresses, selected exercises ask you to work with another willing person because another system gives you information and experience that self-work alone cannot. Where appropriate, some work can also be explored with animals.

Once each month, you can join a one-hour live Foundation session with Krystle.

These sessions are for the questions that only arise once you start doing the work:

You don’t need to arrive with an impressive result.

Bring what happened. Bring what didn’t. Bring what you cannot yet perceive.

That is part of learning too.

Anandi Sano

Why three months?

Because watching the teaching is only the beginning.

The filmed coursework itself is manageable. You don’t need three months simply to watch a collection of videos.

The value is in what happens afterwards.

You practise something and it makes complete sense. You return to it two weeks later and notice something you missed entirely. You use a technique because something is actually happening in your life, rather than because the lesson told you to practise it.

You work with somebody else and discover their system responds differently from yours. Something you couldn’t perceive initially becomes clearer. Something you were certain about becomes less certain.

And questions begin appearing because you are doing the work.

A technique you watch is information.

A technique you have practised, questioned, returned to and begun using becomes something else.

The goal isn’t to finish quickly. It is to begin making the work yours.

Why learn peiec® online?

Because if this work is going to become available to you, it cannot depend upon Anandi standing beside you.

From the beginning, you are developing your own relationship with what you are learning: practising, noticing, distinguishing and discovering what is genuinely available within your own perception.

There is another interesting aspect to learning this way.

In a physical room, there is a great deal of information available – another person’s movement, posture, proximity, physical touch and the responses of the people around you.

When some of those cues are removed, you have to become more precise about what you are actually perceiving and what you may be assuming, interpreting or expecting.

That is one reason online learning isn’t treated within peiec® as a lesser version of the work.

Live learning creates different conditions again: physical touch, receiving, proximity, different hands, different bodies and multiple systems sharing the same environment.

Online and live work create different conditions for learning.

Neither needs to imitate the other.

How the work is done

The practices are gentle.

peiec® does not ask you to force your body into an experience or push beyond your limits. There is no deliberate triggering, forced catharsis, screaming, intense breathwork or pressure to create a dramatic emotional response.

The work can be extremely subtle.

Rather than using intensity as evidence that something meaningful has happened, you begin learning to observe more carefully.

What changed? What didn’t? What can you genuinely perceive? What are you assuming? What happens when you use less effort? What becomes apparent when you return?

Sometimes a response is obvious. Sometimes it is extremely subtle. Sometimes what you notice isn’t what you expected at all.

We can’t tell you what to expect, and we cannot tell you in advance how you or another system will respond to a particular technique.

You learn the work. You apply it. You observe what happens.

And through repetition, you begin discovering what else there may be to perceive and work with.

What happens when people keep working with it?

The Foundation is three months.

peiec® development can extend considerably beyond that, and the distinction matters here.

In 2026, we asked a group of long-term peiec® students to reflect on how aspects of their everyday lives differed from before they began the work.

Among the strongest themes they described was greater capacity to work with themselves rather than relying entirely upon external support, and finding that practices they had learned remained available within ordinary life without somebody supervising them.

One woman described the contrast with earlier years in which she had spent considerable time and money seeing professionals simply to help her cope.

These were long-term students, not people who had completed only three months of The Foundation. Their experiences are not presented as outcomes you should expect from this course.

But they illustrate something important about the direction of the work.

The aim is not to make you increasingly dependent upon us. It is for you to increasingly have more available within your own life.

The Foundation is where that begins.

Read the full peiec® student study →

The study reflects self-reported experiences of longer-term peiec® students. Individual experiences vary.

What if I can’t feel very much yet?

You need some beginning awareness of subtle sensation to begin The Foundation, but it doesn’t need to be highly developed.

If you’re unsure what we mean, try something simple.

Hold your hands approximately twenty centimetres apart, palms facing one another. Without trying to make anything happen, slowly move them a little closer together and further apart several times.

You might notice warmth, tingling, pressure, resistance, a slight pull, a sense of density or thickness between your hands, or simply something difficult to name.

Any subtle distinction is enough to begin.

If you notice nothing, don’t immediately turn that into a conclusion about what you’re capable of. Try again another time when you’re quieter and less focused on producing a result.

Learning to recognise subtler distinctions is itself part of the development.

And throughout peiec®, there is considerable value in being able to say:

I can’t feel that yet.

That gives you somewhere honest to begin.

Anandi Sano

Who tends to enjoy The Foundation?

Not necessarily the person with the most experience. Not necessarily the person who feels energy most strongly.

The people who tend to do well with peiec® are the ones who actually use what they learn.

They are willing to try something, observe, return and sometimes discover that what they thought they understood the first time looks different later.

They don’t need every experience to be dramatic for it to matter. They can become curious about what they cannot yet perceive rather than deciding immediately that nothing is happening.

And they’re comfortable saying:

I don’t know yet. That didn’t do what I expected. I need to explore this more.

The Foundation may be less suited to you if you prefer moving quickly from one course or modality to the next without spending much time implementing what you learn; if you primarily use intensity to decide whether something is working; or if you want somebody else to tell you exactly what every sensation means.

peiec® is also not based around channelled guidance, crystals, chakras or psychic interpretation.

If you enjoy returning, noticing more, questioning what you think you know and becoming increasingly precise about your own experience, you may feel very at home here.

The Foundation or The First Gate?

There are two ways to begin, depending upon what you want from the work.

The Foundation is the three-month option for people who want to learn the foundational peiec® work, practise it and begin using it in their own lives.

The First Gate is the eight-month entry into the wider peiec® developmental pathway, with progressive teaching, regular live learning with Anandi and the wider student environment.

The Foundation material is included within The First Gate, so it is not necessary to complete both.

The Foundation is also the prerequisite for selected peiec® live experiences where participants need to arrive already familiar with the foundational work.

Meet Krystle

Krystle has walked beside Anandi since 2016 and is her most senior student.

She was there as the work unfolded, has experienced the practices being taught and developed across the years, and now helps guide the wider peiec® student environment.

She facilitates the monthly Foundation sessions and understands that learning peiec® isn’t about having the right answer.

Bring the exercise that confused you. The thing you couldn’t feel. The unexpected response. The question you didn’t have until you actually tried the work.

And if this is all you want, that is enough.

The Foundation does not exist simply to move you into another program.

You may finish your three months, continue practising the work for yourself, use appropriate techniques with people or animals in your life, and have no desire to study peiec® any further.

That is a complete outcome of The Foundation.

You don’t need to become a practitioner. You don’t need to turn your interest in the work into a profession. And you don’t need to enter a longer pathway for what you have learned to remain useful.

You can simply have more available to you.

Others reach the end and discover that the foundational work has opened a much larger territory they want to explore. They want more of the methodology, more opportunities to work with and receive from different people, and more time to continue developing their perception and capacity.

If that turns out to be you, The First Gate is where the wider pathway continues.

There is no requirement to go further.

But if you discover you are not finished, there is somewhere to keep going.

Frequently asked Questions

Do I need to complete this before applying for the First Gate?

The Foundation material is already included at the beginning of The First Gate. If you know you want the eight-month pathway, you can apply directly without purchasing The Foundation separately.

Do I need experience to begin?

No. These are the foundations. What’s assumed is that you can already perceive subtle energetic movement in your own body and hands.

    How is it taught?

Anandi teaches and demonstrates the material through the online learning platform. You can return to the lessons and demonstrations throughout your three-month access period.

You will also have one live group webinar with Krystle each month to support questions arising from your practice.

    What happens after three months?

Access to the platform and the group webinars ends. Many students continue practising well beyond that – the practices are yours once you’ve learned them.

    Are refunds available?

No. Access is granted immediately upon payment, and no refunds, credits or transfers are offered – including where you change your mind, find the programme isn’t suitable, or are unable to complete it. These terms apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions when you purchase The Foundation

Does this lead into the First Gate?

For some students, yes. Studying these foundations gives you a clear sense of whether that’s a step you want to take.

Is there support if I get stuck?

Bring questions to the monthly session with Krystle, or book a private mentoring session by appointment.

I'm outside Australia. What will I actually pay?

The price is set in Australian dollars. Your bank converts at the rate on the day of conversion.

Are payment plans or scholarships available?

No. If $697 isn’t manageable right now, Anandi’s YouTube channel is freely available, and this will still be here later.
