The work begins with your own system. Every technique is first applied within yourself – not as preparation for working with others, but because your own cultivation is the foundation from which everything else develops. As that cultivation deepens, something begins to shift in how you experience yourself, how you meet others, and how you move through everyday life.
Over twelve months, students are introduced progressively to a substantial body of original work. Each stage builds upon the last, allowing understanding to develop through direct experience rather than information alone. This is not a sprint, nor is it a certification model. Genuine human development unfolds over time, and the structure of the pathway reflects that.
Every application is personally reviewed for readiness, genuine commitment, and alignment with the nature of the work before a conversation is offered.
Why an online pathway?
For many years, Anandi taught primarily through in-person workshops and immersions. While those experiences were often profound, one limitation became increasingly clear: a single exposure to the work was rarely enough.
Students would remember demonstrations differently, forget important details, or only begin to understand what they had learned weeks or months later as their own system continued to develop.
The online pathway was created to support a different way of learning.
Rather than relying on a single experience, students can return to demonstrations, revisit teachings, and refine their application as their understanding deepens. The same material often reveals something entirely new months later because the system engaging with it has changed.
This reflects the nature of the discipline itself. Genuine human development unfolds progressively over time. The structure of Level One is designed to support that unfolding, allowing understanding to mature through repeated observation, consistent practice, and direct experience rather than through information alone.
Weekly live sessions and community practice provide ongoing guidance, individual feedback, and the opportunity to continue developing alongside others walking the same pathway.
Who is this for?
This pathway is for people who have practised sincerely and who recognise that something deeper remains.
They have often spent years exploring bodywork, yoga, qigong, meditation, therapy, healing, or spiritual practice. They are not searching for more information, another philosophy, or another technique. They sense that lasting change does not come from accumulating more knowledge, but from the progressive development of the human system itself.
Others arrive with no professional background at all. What they share is not a particular qualification or level of experience, but a genuine recognition that there is more depth available than they have yet encountered, and a willingness to engage with that process wholeheartedly.
The work begins with yourself. Always. What develops professionally is a natural consequence of what develops within.
In peiec®, personal development and practitioner development are inseparable. Four people can learn the same technique and produce four entirely different outcomes. The difference is rarely the technique itself. It is the development, refinement, and stillness of the person applying it.

What develops through the year.
The work begins with your own system and remains there longer than most people expect.
This is deliberate.
Before learning to work with another person, you learn to understand your own system through direct experience. Over time, the techniques become more than something you apply. They become a way of recognising how the human system functions, where contraction is held, and what begins to change as genuine cultivation unfolds.
Across the year, students consistently describe changes that extend well beyond what they expected when they first applied. Greater stillness in ordinary life. A different quality of presence in relationships and daily interactions. Meaningful changes in physical health, emotional well-being, vitality, and perception. Many describe experiencing themselves and the world around them in a fundamentally different way – not because they have tried to think differently, but because the system through which they experience life has gradually changed.
The discipline includes a substantial body of original techniques spanning on-body and off-body application, energetic work, and spatial practice. Every technique is original to peiec® and taught progressively throughout the year. They are first applied within your own system and, as your understanding and refinement deepen, progressively extended to others.
What changes most, however, is often the most difficult to describe.
Students frequently speak of a quiet but unmistakable shift in themselves. In how they stand. How they touch. How they perceive. How they respond. How they move through everyday life. These changes are not pursued directly. They emerge as a natural consequence of the cultivation itself.
For those already working professionally, this development naturally extends into their practice. The quality, depth, and effect of their work with others often changes -not because they have simply learned new techniques, but because the person applying those techniques has changed.
The Pathway continues
Level One is the foundation of the peiec® pathway. For most students, it is the beginning rather than the destination.
As your own development deepens, so too does the discipline. Further stages provide continued refinement, deeper exploration, and the opportunity to keep walking the pathway over many years. Some students have now been studying with Anandi for more than seven years, continuing to discover dimensions of the work that were not visible when they first began.
For those wishing to continue towards practitioner certification, eligibility to commence the Practitioner Portfolio process is determined through demonstrated readiness, depth of understanding, and the consistent application of the work throughout Level One.
Before you begin
Once enrolled, students receive immediate access to the online learning portal, introductory materials, and the community space where connection, support, and ongoing practice take place throughout the year.
What you receive over the 12-month pathway
Students move progressively through the Level One curriculum with ongoing access to teaching, guidance, discussion, and support. Learning unfolds through direct experience, observation, repeated application, and continued engagement with the work over time.

Ongoing access
Students retain access to the Level One material throughout the program, allowing them to revisit teachings, demonstrations, and techniques as their own understanding and experience continue to deepen through application.
Practitioner Portfolio & Certification
For students choosing to pursue practitioner development, the Practitioner Portfolio provides a structured pathway toward certification.
The portfolio process begins only after the foundational stages of Level One have been completed and a genuine working knowledge of the methodology has been developed.
Throughout Level One, students build experience through partner work, direct application, observation, and ongoing development within the community. Formal case work and professional application begin later, once appropriate levels of discernment, precision, and stability have been established.

Why peiec®?
Peiec® is an original methodology developed by Anandi Sano and taught exclusively within the peiec® pathway.
It did not emerge through combining existing modalities, adapting established techniques, or building upon another system. The methodology developed progressively through Anandi’s direct experience and teaching, eventually evolving into the substantial body of work taught today.
Working through physical contact, energetic work, and spatial application, peiec® engages the human system as an interconnected whole – physical, emotional, intellectual, energetic, and consciousness.
The methodology is taught progressively, with each stage building upon the last, allowing understanding to deepen through direct experience, observation, and continued application over time.
Required pre-requisites
There are no formal professional prerequisites for Level One.
Applicants are required to be energetically sensitive and aware, stable in their lives, and genuinely able to commit to consistent engagement across 12 months.
Applicants should not be in active personal crisis or significant life transition at the time of applying.
How do you maintain the integrity of peiec®?
Peiec® is taught exclusively by Anandi Sano through the official peiec® pathway. Any individual claiming to teach peiec® independently or outside the recognised pathway is not endorsed or authorised by Peiec International.
The methodology is taught as it was developed – progressively, with precision, and without modification. We do not believe genuine depth of understanding can be developed through rapid certification or short-term exposure alone.
Students begin by learning and applying the work within their own system before working with others. Many continue developing within peiec® for years beyond Level One as their understanding and practitioner capacity deepen over time.
Application requirements
Applicants should be in a stable psychological and physical state and capable of engaging consistently and responsibly across a 12-month pathway.
Students participate in partner work, live teaching sessions, and direct application with others throughout the year. The ability to show up reliably and engage with the work at depth is essential.
We ask all applicants to disclose any factors that may significantly impact their ability to participate fully in the training.
Applications are reviewed carefully before any conversation takes place.
When are the live Zoom sessions
Every week, we conduct live sessions via Zoom. We will notify you in advance of the dates and times of these sessions.
Will my application for a call be approved?
Not necessarily.
Applications are reviewed carefully with consideration given to readiness, stability, background, experience, and genuine alignment with the nature and depth of the work.
We also encourage applicants to spend time engaging with Anandi’s work before applying. Those who have taken the time to explore the teachings, videos, podcasts, books, and broader philosophy of the pathway are often better placed to determine whether the work genuinely resonates with them.
The pathway is intentionally kept at a manageable size to support depth of learning and development. Not all applicants will be offered a conversation.
Will I be certified at the end of Level One?
Level One certification is not based solely on completing the training material.
Students pursuing practitioner certification must complete the Practitioner Portfolio requirements, including practice logs, written case studies, video demonstrations, and ongoing practical application of the work.
Certification within peiec® is based on readiness, discernment, depth of understanding, and responsible application of the methodology – not rapid completion alone.
Can I teach peiec® after Level One?
Is this Peiec Accredited and Eligible for Insurance?
Upon successful completion of Level One, students receive a Certificate of Completion which qualifies them to obtain professional insurance through IICT.

How did peiec® originate?
Peiec® did not emerge through combining existing modalities, adapting established techniques, or training within another system.
Beginning in 2015, techniques and understandings began emerging through Anandi’s direct experience and were taught exactly as they arose. What proved unusual was their immediate reproducibility, with students able to apply the work and produce the outcomes being demonstrated.
Over time, this continued to develop into the substantial body of work now taught within the peiec® pathway.
